Tuna in water w/sea salt...Sodium?
I accidently bought some cans of tuna in water w/sea salt. I ate a can and it tastes so much better than clean tuna. I eat this stuff plain. How bad is the sea salt for my cutting diet. This is the only salt I am eating that I know of ( 1 can a day).

depends on how far out you are.
sodium really isnt a big deal (for most people)....just may make you hold water....i would cut it out a few weeks prior to the show to make sure you get all the water out. unless of course you do a sodium load/deplete...it seemed to work well for JLB001 at her last show....and if i remember right it worked pretty good for me as well.
My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

For me salt dose not effect me in any way. On a regular can of tuna I add salt. For some people the sodium will hold water but if your not preparing for a contest or you dont really care about sodium I wouldnt worry. Plus its only one can.
