Which fats are good for you and which ones are bad?? I keep getting confused.

basically fish and vegetable oils (liquid in room temp) are good fats. so are nuts, seeds, and a few whole eggs once in a while.
processed fats in junkfood and animal fat in high-fat dairy and meats is bad mostly.
Foreman_Rules could masturbate with one hand and finger his own anus with the other at the same time.
he is proud of this fact. |
