Never tried it or heard of it but I can't see it being very healthy.

sounds like it'd have some funky ingredients in it. soy protein, gluten, and buncha fillers enough to make me not buy thost things! (allerigic)

The cereal contains whey protein. A serving size is 3/4 cup - which has 13 g protein, 11 g carbs, 2g sugars, and 3.5 g fat. It's kinda bland, but it does the job.

yeah you have to see what kind of protein it is. most proteins from breads and carbs and stuff have a low absorption value, like 33% or something for breads

MMMMMM, baked chicken breasts with Total Protein breading.

I wouldn't eat it. I'd stick with cereal such as fiber one for carbs and get protein elsewhere.
