Cardio on carb cycling

Okay, so I'm about to start carb cycling in a week and a half....how should I move into it? Should I just start with the cycle (start with no, then low, then high, then no)?

Also, I've never done cardio the first 4 or 5 weeks of a cut, should I do the same thing here? And cardio on a no carb day, right?

Peace.

personally I wouldny bother with the cardio yet, see what the diet does for you first. when you need tweaks or hit plateau then add in small amounts at a time.

Thanks Jen.
I can't wait to start carb cycling, it looks MUCH easier than any diet I've ever done, and the fruit while cutting will definitely be a welcome addition.

Peace.

So, uh, what's an example of a small piece of fruit on carb cycling?

Peace.

1/2 apple or 1 very small apple, clementine, 1/2 pear, 4 lg. strawberries, 1/4C. blueberries, 1/2 orange etc.

I prefer to stick with 1/2 apple or the berries - they are better for you

And I agree with Jen - hold off on the cardio until necessary.

go with gala or fuji apples, they are usually pretty small and they are the best testing.

I've got a question about the fruit, actually. TP specifically says "no kiwi". It's listed with "high calorie" fruits, but it sure isn't... a kiwi is a giant berry, got like fifty calories and three grams of fibre. Is there some special reason kiwis are bad?

(At this time of year in Canada, kiwis are really cheap...)
