Where are my 75,8g ?

100 g of chicken breast:
Total Fats: 1.2 g
Carbohydrates: 0
Protein:23 g
Fiber:0
Total:24,2 g

100 - 24,2 = 75,8g
Where are my 75,8g ?
I forgot what is the name of it. Non-digestible stuff ?

100 grams is the weight of the chicken. You can't weigh the fat and carbs and protein.

water weight has much to do with weight of foods

These nutritionists are trying to mess with my head.
How do they find the value for all macronutrients ?
Why in hell they use grams if you canīt weight it ?

How do they find out how much fat one piece of chicken contains.. I thought that they would take a small piece, put under a microscope, separate all fat, carbs and protein and weight it. Is there really another way? dg806 said it is not possible to weight macronutrients.

It may be possible to wiegh if you take the visible fat off the chicken breast. But finding out exactly how much fat is in an actual chicken breast maybe impossilbe. It can vary. I normally strip the visible fat and go by 3 grams of fat per 4 oz. Breast.

Back to the original doubt..
If you separate the fat, carbohydrate/fiber and protein... what is the name of the thing that is left ?

Probably not all of it is water, it is something that is the reason why people go to the bathroom Some non-digestible thing, not fiber, something worst.

Its not a compliment, or an insult. I was just stating something. You know Curious George?
