Had A Macro Quesition
does it really matter how i use my calories as long as i get them in??? im taking in 2800 calories with 55% carbs 30% protein and 15% fat. Do i have to break each one down and fit them in each meal with the appropiate ratio???? If so im having a hard time trying to figure it out. THanx.

you can make each meal roughly equal, but it might actually be better to do it differently. like get all your carbs at breakfast and PWO, and most of your fats in between and before bed. protein w/ every meal.

I would concentrate more on ensuring that you got adequate protein, carbs and fats rather than percents.
protein intake shuld however remain steady throughout each meal.. carbs and fats will differ depending on the time of the meal , training, etc.
