need help
Me and my little brother have a disaagreement on the way our diet is suppossed to be...He has been working out for about 6 months now but he told me to eat alot greasy food to gain weight. But I always heard to eat right to gain weight....He has gain 23 lbs in that 6 months but eating junk food and taking weight gainer...I just need some thought on this to win the argument....

With that 1 lb a week you may gain some fat but it may be very minimal. Going on a junk diet will make you highly unhealthy. Also weight gainers are trash. They are full of sugar which is something you do not want.

I agree with don. eating a ton of junk to train to gain muscle is nonsense. you need good nutritous foods to ensure you get adequate nutrients and vitamins to facilitate new growth. not to mention all the harmful things that your putting into your body eating all that junk..also a much greater chance of gaining more fat than desired too.

I agree to I think you should be healthy inside as what you look like on the outside if that makes sense..
