What does the weight gain consist of? Is it fat or lean body mass?

I mean was the weight gain from your bro all muscle or fat?

I totally disagree with him. I would eat clean with a slight surplus in calories so that you gain 1 lb per week. With that 1 lb a week you may gain some fat but it may be very minimal. Going on a junk diet will make you highly unhealthy. Also weight gainers are trash. They are full of sugar which is something you do not want.

I agree with don. eating a ton of junk to train to gain muscle is nonsense. you need good nutritous foods to ensure you get adequate nutrients and vitamins to facilitate new growth. not to mention all the harmful things that your putting into your body eating all that junk..also a much greater chance of gaining more fat than desired too.
