If you became ten pounds, you'd probably be about 5 months old.

Lol, lose 10 lbs in three months...probably. Most people can lose two pounds a week of real weight, not water weight. Anything above 2 is probably fake. I reccomend reading the posts about cutting on this site, and finding out how many calories you need to maintain your weight, then substracting 250 every week from that number. This is of course conbined with a 3-4 day workout schedule that includes both cardio and weight training.

But if you did lose 10 pounds, would it be real weight? Because I've always heard that any more than that isn't possible, the excess would just be water weight.

With a proper diet, 5 days of cardio, and high intensity weight training? Anyone tried the Ephedra/caffeine free "Hydroxycut"? Is it worth the $$?

no the new ephd free Hydroxycut is garbage IMO and not worth the money
and yes, again, 10lbs fatloss can be done without all the excess cardio and fat burners IMO

10 pounds in 3 months is not very hard at all....and you dont need extra help from supplements....just a good clean diet and basic exercise routine will get you there...probably a heck of alot faster than 3 months.

if you keep it strict you would probably reach your goal in about a month and a half...listen to what everybody is saying here....they have been there and done it...if it takes you 3 months to get there it is because you are doing a half ass job on your diet and exercise program or you have a medical condition (like a sluggish thyroid).
My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us.

No, but I mean...sometimes you plateau...and assuming that you don't want to carb cycle...is there a replacement for Hydroxycut?
