hi ive been liftin for about 2-3 yrs off and on and i have massive arms but im tryin to focus more on chest and abs... maybe a lil shoulder and back also..... i quit liftin and started partyin alot as most college kids my age do and now that i have put on a belly i wanna lose it and get into shape..... im 5*11 and about 230 as u can tell i drank alot lol... ne ways i need to lose this and was open to any ideas on a diet and a fitness workout..... remember i wanna get cut and lose weight at the same time..... well any elite members or newbies feel free to help me out
