    Before Doing Sports?

Is there any certain foods anyone would recommend me taking before doing sports to keep up with my calories I'm burning.

I got an hour and a half or so of basketball tommorow, and an hour and a half or so of soccer.

Since Soccer is only a conditioning practice, about half an hour of it might be cals or something still leaving me still with two and a half hours of Cardio.

    Suggestions, please?
