I like to drink boost milk...keeps me going through my soccer games and pactices...has alot of carbs though..but you really burn those off in soccer.
Is there any certain foods anyone would recommend me taking before doing sports to keep up with my calories I'm burning.
I got an hour and a half or so of basketball tommorow, and an hour and a half or so of soccer.
Since Soccer is only a conditioning practice, about half an hour of it might be cals or something still leaving me still with two and a half hours of Cardio.
Suggestions, please?

Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
