    How many times? It is hard to say, but if you have access to it, use it when you need it. Just don't be one of those people that come in, maybe exercise for a few, then sit in there thinking they are losing weight and all.

    But it does help relieve aches and pains following your workout.
    To achieve Success is certaily tough..but keeping it, much tougher!

    it also helps to open up your pores and release toxins in your body. if you have sinus or lung infections it aids in clearing those airweighs.
    as Andyo said, dont think it for weight loss reasons that people use them.

    good.. because I don't want to be burning calories from the sauna or steam room..that would be burning muscles
