    meal?

    i work most of the week from 5pm to 12 am and i need a meal that i can take to work that is good for u as while as help a person who wants to cut up. i have a fridge at work but thats about it and a microwave if it wants to work that day so if anyone can help me i would like to have a meal that i can eat at least like 2 - 3 times while im at work. (so that i can speed up my metabolism)

    how active are you at work ?
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    not really active at all i do is stand and check out people and clean the store but im always on my feet if that helps

    how about packing lots of veggies, salads, cooked chicken breasts, cans of tuna, some healthy oils drizzled on you salads or some nuts/seeds to sprinkle on them.

    what are your short term goals ? how long have you been training ?

    with the type of work that you do, you don't need a lot of carbs..I would use macros close to 50/30/20

    my goals are to become stronger and lose body fat im 6'1 and about 245 lbs i do gopro work out and it is really hleping and i have a good diet except when i go to work b/c i cant think of anyhting to take to work that will help me with my goals
    i have had good results my bodyfat has gone down from 20% to 16% in about 2 months and im getting stronger so everyting is working i just need a little help

    i do eat tuna but i get kinda tired of it and want to eat other good foods!!
