    Cream in protein drinks

I know this question has been brought up before, but I'm slightly confused. Is it safe to add lets say a TBS of whipping cream to protein shakes or is that something that needs to be avoided. I know that 1 TBS of whipping cream contains about 5 grams of fat but in the bulking and cutting plan, it calls for adding 4-5 TBS(an awful lot) of heavy whipping cream into your protein drink. If this is bad, what else can you add to make it creamier? I know regualr skim milk has lots of sugar in it so is there anything else?

Only use the cream if you are following that plan. If you are not then do not use the cream or it may back fire on you. The cream is used in that plan for added fat and cals and is not advisable in any of the other cutting or bulking plans.

Why not drink your protein with water? Its good, try it
