# Thread: need help with macros

1. ## need help with macros

ok Im not very good in math or problem solving! someone help me out here.
I have Pure Whey Protein concentrate
this is the nutritional info:
per 2 heaping Tablespoons:
35.1% protein
3.1% fat
6.4% fiber
3.5% moisture

sooo ummm how much protein/carbs/fat is that?

2. how many grams per TBLS

3. ummmmmmm it doesnt say??? it just says the container is 455g. (1lb)

4. There isn't enough info. How many sugars, if any? No mention of fillers, which all seem to have.

5. no sugars. it just PURE protein concentrate. nothing else added.

6. How many servings per container?

7. doesnt say that either! Ok Im going to go MEASURE how many servings are in it myself! BRB!

8. ok there are 38 heaping Tbls in the container. so 19 servings.

9. Is the Percentage based on Calories?

10. Then what would a serving equate to in Calories?

Shouldn't there be some carbs in there if there is Fibre???

11. ummmmm there doesnt say carbs or calories!
this sucks!

12. This kinda funny aj

Sorry

13. I think a "heaping" tablespoon = 10-12 grams.

14. its 12g for a heaping Tbls. according to my measurments and stuff so far! lol

Daniel- thiss isnt funny! its a crisis!!

15. These number can´t be correct.
If 455 g is the total and you have 19 servings, so 1 serving is about 24 g.
Protein - 8,424 g
Fat - 0,744 g
Fiber - 1,536 g
Moisture - 0,84 g
This is 48,1 % , where is the 51,9% ? I think they forgot to list the carbs.

Exactly, also assuming the % is based on grams and not Calories.
