Yeah, definitly not milk. Last thing you want PWO.
Egg Whites are second best.
Eat. Train. Sleep. Repeat.
actually the last thing i would want is a big stick of butter

Yes, milk is 80 % casein and 20 % whey. You need to understand that for a long time the debate between casein and whey existed and there is quite good reasons why casein is very good. I wouldn´t go as far as saying that it is better than whey but it is not "the last thing you wanna drink for PWO."![]()
Egg whites...when cutting I usually have 10 egg whites and a scoop of whey for protein PWO...and depending on what stage slow burning carbs as well (usually oatmeal).
Searching for the right balance...
Eggs are fast digesting
As is fish...
Those are probably your best bets if you cant handle a shake... but make no mistakes, p/w it is imperitive that you get some protein in your body immedietely.
if your sick it might be best if u stop lifting weights for a bit
go team
I agree. If you are too sick to down a protein shake, you'll probably upchuck trying to eat egg whites instead.Originally posted by Jemal
