    Bulking carb intake

Is there a general guideline to how many grams of carbs to take in when bulking? For example, most popular theory I've heard for protein intake is 1.5 - 2.0 grams of protein per pound of body weight. What would be the flip side for carb intake per pund of body weight? I'm open to all suggestions here.

    I would recommend bulking with 1.5 grams protein/lb, 2 to 3 grams carbs /lb, and 0.33 to 0.5 grams fat / lb.

This is general and will depend on your metabolism.

is that including the fiber intake or 2 to 3 grams after subtracting fiber from your carb intake

If you're bulking you don't need to be that specific...but those numbers include fiber.
