Just my two cents....I would switch the pasta and ww bread, replace with a sweet potatoe or other form like it. But if your doing this for summer, shouldn't be much difference. Oh...where are your EFA's?
Meal 1:
6 Egg Whites
3/4 CUP slow cooking oats (before cooking)
1/4 blueberries (frozen, plain)
1 whole egg
or
2 scoops ON pro-complex whey

1TB Natural PB
Meal2:
2 slices whole wheat, low carb bread
1 can tuna
1TB low cal canola oil mayo
3TB celery/green onion
Meal3:
1/2 CUP brown rice (before cooking)
7 oz chicken breast
1/2 green beans
or
4 oz whole wheat pasta (before cooking)
1/2 cup canned tomatoes (spices added)
7oz lean ground turkey
meal 4:
PWO shake
2 scoops whey
4TB malto
1TB dextrose
or
1.5 scoops whey
1TB natural PB
Meal 5:
7oz Chicken Breast
2 cups broccoli/cauliflower or 2 cups green beans or 12 Brussels sprouts
0r
7oz 95% lean ground beef
6oz salad greens with 1TB olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar
Meal 6:
2 scoops whey
1TB natural PB
or
4oz deli meat turkey or chicken
1TB natural PB
NO FATS POST WORKOUT!!!!!!! that means no PB and whey for a post workout shake. carbs and protein only.
NO deli meat- its terrible for you- processed, high in sodium and nitrates.
I agree with Jodie- Id swtich the bread and pasta for sweet taters, brown/wild rice, oats, etc.
you need a better source of healthy fats than just peanut butter too.

Get rid of the canola oil mayo and either make your own with EFA's (I have a recipe in the recipe forum on this) or just don't have mayo. Canola oil is not as healthy as everyone thinks it isand your better off with olive oil based mayo.

Thanks for the replies!
First off, where would you girls suggest I place the EFA's....and how much? 2nd, I hate sweet potatoes (yuck!). I will start making my own mayo with olive oil...thanks for that one :-) I like brown rice, but I need something I can eat with tuna for that meal.
Also, the PB and whey in meal 4 is only on non-workout days....otherwise it's the first option.
I eat a salad with a can of tuna and kidney beans sprinkled with parmesean cheese and olive oil & vinegar for dressing. It's really good.
Well, most of the time I leave the oil out and just use ACV. I like vinegar![]()
