I'm not sure why Spinach is listed as a starchy veggieI'll have to check that out but it is NOT a starchy veggies it is a fibrous veggie.
TP is again cardioHowever, if your going to do any cardio then I would think the Clean Cardio is definately a great idea

Yeah the first few days are difficult but once you start the 3 day cycle it gets ALOT easier
