Okay, it about that time again, yep summer is slowly creeping up on us and before you know it will be here. I wanted to loss some Body fat before summer, im looking to lose 6-7 percent...I been cutting hard-core for the past few weeks, but before that I was dieting.
I need some help with my diet....

    Meal 1
4 egg whites, spinach, fat free cheese
cup of All Brand Cereal with skim milk
1 cup of coffee with equal and very little milk

    Meal 2
    Pure Protein Bar

    Meal 3
    Chicken, Broccoli, and a yam

    Meal 4
Same as Meal 3 minus the yam...Sometimes I put the Chicken on mult grain bread...

    Meal 5
Chicken or Steak or Tuna with Salad with Balsamic Vingar

    Meal 6
    Lean Mass Matrix Shake

This is what I eat mostly everyday of the week. I am currently going to school full time and working part time so the bars and shakes are quick and easy. Also Im doing cardio kickboxing 4-5 times a week and doing 1 full body with weights per week...

Do you just prefer cardio over weights? Why are you only weight training one day a week?

    Meal 1
4 egg whites, spinach, fat free cheese
cup of All Brand Cereal with skim milk
1 cup of coffee with equal and very little milk

Get the Low Carb FF milk called Carb Countdown. Regualar skim milk has 12G sugar per cup - too much sugar. Also, add a whole egg here as well

    Meal 2
    Pure Protein Bar

Ditch the bar - you will be better off carrying more shakes and don't forget some EFA's to go with it.

    Meal 3
    Chicken, Broccoli, and a yam

    Need some EFA's

    Meal 4
Same as Meal 3 minus the yam...Sometimes I put the Chicken on mult grain bread...

    Looks good

    Meal 5
Chicken or Steak or Tuna with Salad with Balsamic Vingar

    EFA's, EFA's, EFA's

    Meal 6
    Lean Mass Matrix Shake

    DEFINATELY EFA's

This is what I eat mostly everyday of the week. I am currently going to school full time and working part time so the bars and shakes are quick and easy. Also Im doing cardio kickboxing 4-5 times a week and doing 1 full body with weights per week...

Overall your diet is decent. What are the macros for the day? Why no EFA's?

Maybe try bumping up your weight training, but rather than using a high weight, try more reps/ sets. And 3-4 days of light cardio.

You really should lift at least 3x per week. I can't figure out for the life of me why a trainer would tell you to only lift once per week.

Maybe he has a pre-existing condition that makes him prone to injury. But I don't think you'll see a quick successful progression on only 1 day per week, Jodi's right.
