    Water and/or Ice tea

I am trying to drink a gallon of water a day, key word 'trying'
Its some hard shit to do.

Well I love Ice tea, Im talkin the stuff In that big ass can with the frizbee lid, you know what im talkin about

Well I think I can drink my gallon if some not most but some is iced tea.
I read that caffine thread, and not to sure if it as bad as I tought it might be, sure sugar and what not isnt great but I think its better to have all the water even with the sugars and caffine

    What do you all think

    Ummm.......NO!

Sugar is bad, plain and simple and if your trying to cut than no the ice tea is BAD! Make your own ice tea from brewing decaf tea bags add ice and splenda.

Also 5-6L water is typically the recommended amount of water

I agree with Jodi - make your own iced tea! I drink tons of homemade iced tea and lemonade everyday!

Regular ice tea is ok to drink. But that stuff with the frisbee lid loaded with sugar. You might as well drink kool-aid. You can get good flavored ice teas now like passion fruit and orange spice. The best ice tea of all times though is

THE ICE TEA AT THE CHEESE CAKE FACTORY.

    Ok thanks all
I not trying to cut, nor drink a whole gallon of it a day, just supplement a couple glasses, I will brew my own at home this weekend and see how that goes. I hate artificial sugars, I heard splenda isnt bad, but I havent had it to judge. It just seems to be 6 and ½ dozen.
    Thanks again
