    Please help

    Hello, I am 33 - 5'6 177 lbs. My hubby and I have started to get into shape, although hubby is in good shape, I am way way out of shape.. I have tried so many diets and weight loss pills, currently on RELEASE... Nothing works I walk 30 minutes a day and try to do light weights at least twice a week right now..

    I have no energy, I stay at home with 2 year old.. I KNOW I could do more if I could just get the energy.

    I eat 3 meals a day

    Oat Bran ceral with whole milk

    tuna and crackers

    Dinner depends on what I cook ---- fish potatoes veggie--- steak salad bread (dinner is not ever the same)

    I am at a loss any help would be greatfully appreciated.

    The main reason you probable don't have energy is because of your diet,read the stickies in the diet and nutrition threads.

    You don't eat enough. Your body is in starvation mode. Please do read the stickies above titled Guide to Cutting and Nutrition. It will give you a start as to learning to eat properly.

    Also, you should increase your weight regimine to 3-4 times per week.
