You need EFAs and Fiber added to your diet. Also, what did your previous diet look like before this?

hmmm what is your current bf%? -approx.
do you know the total calorie and macronutrients for this? if not try plugging it into www.fitday.com.

you need MORE veggies. fiberous sorts not just salads. what are you putting on your salads?? for dressing?
where are you HEALTHY FATS??? these are a MUST regardless of anyones goals.
when do you train? between what meals?
why no carbs in meal 1? I would add in some oats.
the only time I would suggest having that pasta(if its whole wheat) is post workout along with whey protein perferably.
beef - what cut? meaning how lean?

also- no need to be working abs 5X week. 2 times is defintly enough.

    nice one! lol thanks.

hmm if your at 9% why are you dieting? anything much less is hard to maintain easily.

so you were eating the pasta before training and then only the chicken breasts after??
I would switch that. have some brown rice/oats/sweet potatos along with a protein source before your workout, and have the pasta after training along with whey protein.
make SURE you add in those healhty fats too!

fish oil caps would be a good addition, along with hempseed oil, avocados, flax oil, olive oil, natural nut butter, nuts/seeds in moderation, etc.
