Is it Possible to lose your midsection without the use of a fatburner??? I heard it is pretty difficult without one.

Yes, it is possible. You probably heard it from a supplement industry that you can´t do it.
Anyway, still today I can´t understand why people use fat burners.

Losing fat where you want isn't all that easy. It comes with discipline, hard work and dedication. It comes with dieting and genetic play.

Nothing is easy. Not even fatburners.

Anyway, if you lose your midsection, how are you going to keep your legs on?

You can't spot reduce. You can loose fat in general, but if you genetically hold more fat in your stomach than you'll have to work extra hard on that particular area. Concentrate on your diet, increase your cardio, and hit the weights!!

    Good Luck!

The famous saying I really love to use suits here: Abs are made in the Kitchen.

Without proper diet you will not lose the midsection. Try cleaning up your diet first before ever even touching fat burners. Also, AbSolved is a great product for fat mobilization but your diet needs to be clean first.

A good weight loss supplement will help you lose weight throughout your body not just in your midsection. While they can be effective a fat loss supplement isn't required to lose body fat.

While there is technically no such thing as spot reducing studies do show the best way to lose fat, especially abdominal fat is to combine aerobic exercise, weight training, and diet.

Below is a link to a review of the aforementioned study.
