    Best way to cut?/Bulk

    Ok need some help here. Right now i am just trying to bulk some weight(im skinny ) Whats a good way to just bulk? What are some good thigns to eat? Should i lift hard when bulking?
    I have a whey protien shake everday with milk.
    When cutting should i use it with water?

    Eat red meat, potatoes, and peanut butter. For breakfast have a huge bowl of oats with a scoop of whey in it.

    Lift hard and intense when bulking, this is when you want to really tear the muscle fiber down. make sure you rest and eat plenty to promote maximum growth.

    you dont necessarily need to cut out the milk when cutting, many other factors will weigh into your success.
