    Cutting a lot. Need advice.

Whats up. This is my first post, and I haven't read too much on this site, so keep that in mind when responding. First off, I'm a guy thats about 6'1 and about 210 lbs. I'd like to get a lot leaner, I just need to know what I should eat each day, and what would be good to do in the weightroom or elsewhere to get good results. I don't really know my bf% either, sorry. Here goes.

    meal 1:
2 Fried eggs, Hash Browns, Pancakes, 4 Pieces of toast w/butter, and OJ and milk. (I would guess I should go to egg whites, lose the pancakes, toast and OJ, and put in some fruits?)

    meal 2:
chicken sandwhich or white rice w/spicy chicken, 3 cups of water (probably about 36-48 oz total, not sure what size cups)

    meal 3:
just kind of depends on what is at the dining hall (I'm at college)

    meal 4:
deli wrap w/turkey, lettuce, provalone cheese and mayo with water or an energy drink

After looking at this it seems that I need to eat more meals with less food at each one, and lost some of the fatty stuff. I try to get about a gallon of water a day in me, should I go for more? For now I only want to set my goal for about 10-15 pounds, then do more later. Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I would ditch everything in this meal and replace with egg whites and oats. Maybe an apple if you need fruit.

chicken sandwhich or white rice w/spicy chicken, 3 cups of water (probably about 36-48 oz total, not sure what size cups)
is this fried stuff? Grilled chicken would be better choice along with brown rice or a sweet potato, maybe sm white one if you don't like sweet ones.

Reading the stickies under the nutrition section would be a great start. There isn't enough meals that your eating and better choices should be made when you choose the food you eat if your gonna cut. No fried anything.
