    need some input please

    Hey folks!

Well it's time to get serious. I have downloaded the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle ebook and I'm ready to roll. I have already been eating pretty good for the past month, which leads me to my question: It's easy for me to follow a strict diet when it comes to breakfast and lunch, but dinner is a different story. The problem is that my better half has a great body and isn't into any type diet so I am trying to figure out what dinner time is going to be like around our place. She doesn't eat alot of junk but I can't see her eating the types of things that I need to be eating. I'm just looking for some input from anyone else that has a similar situation. Thanks.

You're off to a great start. Great book!!!

It wasn't that hard for me. My husbands diet is WAY dif. than mine. Plus I have two little girls that have to eat also. My hubby would fix their food, then I would fix mine.

They'd eat downstairs and I'd eat upstairs.

Trust me, once you get started it's not as bad as you think

    Good luck

Hmmm... that could be a problem. Luckily my sweetie eats AS strictly as I do if not more.

How about you just ask for her support and eat great together? Lots of chicken, fish, lean red meat and VEGGIES!!!
