    Mass Gainer

    Has anyone tried this? What does everyone think about this? Maybe taking one serving a day after w/o. http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=377
    I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

    Damn, thats a lot of calories. If your bulking I dont see a problem with it. I would limit it to 2 shakes a day, instead of 3 though.

    Haha! I never said that you shouldnt know, I was curious why you wanted to know.

    Its a weight gainer shake... I just dont see the point in disecting its nutrients. You drink it to get more calories. You shouldnt be worried about the GI in the carbs.

    Protein 50 g
    Carbohydrate 252 g
    Fat_4.5 g

    Calories = 1250

    That is a lot.Imagine if that carbohydrate comes from chocolate. Even if you are bulking you should worry about what type of carbs you are ingesting.

    Yes, but in the ingrediants, it says that the carbs are complex. IE:Not from chocolate or sugar

    I would only do it once a day, and on training days I think. When I was bulking before, I was having trouble hitting even 300g of carbs or 3,000 cals. I should have no problem going over that with 1 scoop of this a day.

    Yes but.. yes but.. shut up!

    Anyway, I remember reading some complex carb as high as chocolate. I guess pasta is one of them but you have that whole theory that some foods reduce the G.I like flax seed oil.
