    will i lose muscle ?

    im going away for a week on holiday in a couple of weeks , and wont be training for that week . and i doubt i will be able to keep my protein intake up either do you think i will lose muscle by not eating enough protein for that week or wont my body need it as no training is being done?

    1 week...don't sweat it...you should be fine...keep total calories high enough...if you do lose anything it'll come back really fast. The week of rest will probably do more good than bad...in terms of recovery.

    hah i had surgery on my arm....havent been able to much other than legs and a little with my right arm....sux but makes me more determined to hit the gym crazy hard when the doc. says i can
