    Carb Cycling Suggestions

Alright, this isn't for me but a good friend of mine. He wants to carb cycle and he gave me a list of things that are specific for him. I'm not too keen on the diet, so suggestions from people who are would be great.

    1. He doesn't care when the no carb days fall.

    2. His split is like this:

    Mon - Back
    Tues - Chest
    Wed - Off
    Thur - Shoulders
    Fri - Arms
    Sat - off
    Sun - Off

He isn't currently training legs because of knee injury.

    3. He wants to continue doing cardio but I told him it's not really a good idea. Am I wrong?

    4. He's 5' 11", 200 lbs.

Any help would be great. My question is really about when his no/low/high carb days should fall. I have a good idea myself, but I just wanted to see what you guys think. Any help would be great, thanks!

    Yeah, no cardio.
Put no carb days on off days, low carb days on a workout day, but one that isn't too strenuous, I'd say arms and shoulders. Back and chest would be your high carb days.

I think he should care when the no carb days fall. Cardio should be implemented MUCH later on in the diet when you've already tweaked the basic cycling diet and you wanna get even leaner.

    Peace.

I've been doing a no/low/high. Jodi, you recommend another regimen now? I think ideally he should switch the shoulders and chest days around, the chest is a much larger muscle after all.

    Peace.
