    Best Post-Workout Meal?

I know it's good to get a fast absorbing protein to your muscles after a workout, so I have a whey shake, but what about for carbs, Is it far better to stick to simple carbs or will complex do the trick? And what are some good sourcs for simple carbs? Thanks

personally I just stick to whey and complex carbs- brown/wild rice, sweet potatoes, old fashioned oatmeal, add in some fruit as well sometimes.
