    I want to be on the 6 meal a day plan

    Does anybody her do it??? I';m new and want to do it. I need help on how to prepare for it and foods to eat and such.

    The only thing that's a probleme for me is that i'm allergic to seafood.

    So please give me some info, anything will help, i'm even ready to read up on it.

    Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours throughout the day and you can fit in 6 meals
