The only other flavors I've seen are watermelon, lime, and I think peach.

Nope, haven't seen it. That does sound good, however. I can sometimes find SF black cherry which is good. Haven't ever been able to find watermelon in SF, unfortunately. When I get bored of the standard flavors, I just start mixing two small packets of different flavors together. Cranberry and mixed fruit go together quite nicely ; )

Is SF jello okay to eat occasionally?
What about other SF stuff in moderation?

Yes its ok to eat in moderation. Just be careful of the sugar alcohols. I like SF Maple syrup and sf jam but I use it in small quantities to help add flavor

It's a life saver at times.

I try to be careful of aspartame because of potential negetive side effects.

Your lucky, I'm not allowed SF Jello during comp diet

I wonder if it would work to just buy unflavored knox gelatin and mix in some BSL flavoring pouches in there. I think I am going to try that. There are so many flavors to choose from. I bet the orange cream would make a good gelatin.

I'll second the black cherry being quite good.

The green apple and cherry are currently out of stock. I've only tried chocolate and tropical fruit, but like them both. In fact, today I just added the tropical fruit to regular water and it tastes good.

I bought the chocolate l/c whey and I sometimes use the choc. BSL flavoring with that. I have a small amount of vanilla ON though and I use the tropical fruit with that. Otherwise, I'm not quite sure how to use my flavoring. I want to get the cherry and apple though.

Don't know who this was addressed to specifically, but I went for the 50 pounder. I have actually never had whey natural before and find it to be quite good alone (especially made into little biscuits in the microwave).

I got 3 orange cream and 2 chocolate. I am going to have to make another order specifically for flavoring pouches. I would really like to see them sell those in bulk. They would make a killing off of us all. Haha.

They still have calories and are not free foods. They cause carb and sugar cravings and they have a laxative effect.

I'll see if I can find an article.

The 50 lb bag is flavorless and comes with five flavor pouches of your choice flavoring. All are sucralose based and noncaloric.

The 'recipe' I use is really simple. I am sure others have done this or something like it before. I just put a scoop or two of whey (or MPI would work too) in a small round bottom dish (like a little glass syrup pitcher or something. Add enough water make a thick, liquidy paste. Add sweeteners and other ingredients too if you want to make it more biscuit like.

Then just nuke it 10-30 seconds or so full power. Watch as it tries to bubble up over the top and stop it at that point. Let it all cool and you should have something like a biscuit in shape/texture.

Until recently I haven't put two and two together. But it makes sense that sorbitol is listed as an osmotic laxative in just the same way Milk of Magnesia is. I can tell little difference in the effects. Sorbitol seems to be a bit milder, but not under all circumstances.
