critique my diet please
Daily Meal Planner for 180lbs (building muscle & shedding fat)

hehe , let me post it again just to make sure you read it right LOL..anyway, i did make a change, i replaced the banana with a packet of "cream of wheat". good idea?
and as far as the potato and strawberries (used to make the cottage chesse taste good!), any ideas what to eat instead? |
