    I concur with Fit.

    It just looks like a bunch of fiber with some odd root extracts and things. Check the NOW product page and price the same ingedients. Easy as heck to see this is a huge rip-off.

    Raw fibers should be pretty darn cheap. Raw psyllium sure is.

    If you're concerned about GI health just eat plenty of soluble and insoluble fiber (roughage and grains/wheat) white drinking plenty of water. You shouldn't need any supplements or gimmicks.
