    Last weeks of cutting, please critique diet

    Hello , I`m 18 years old , 5'9 , 140 lbs , arround 14% bf , Ive been cutting for 3 months and theres about 1 month left in my schedual , so please critique my diet plan

    Meal 1 (7:00am)

    2 scoops whey protein powder w/water
    cooked old fashionned oatmeal (.5 cups when dry)
    0.5 apple
    442c , 50p,7f,44c

    Meal 2 (9:30am)

    5 egg whites
    1 egg whole
    cooked old fashionned oatmeal (.5 cups when dry)
    3/4 cups blueberries
    385 calories, 31p,8f,46c

    Meal 3 (12:15pm)

    Subway Grilled Chicken sandwich on wheat bread (no cheese) w/ mustard (all dressed)
    323 calories, 23p,5f,48c

    Meal 4 (3:00pm)

    Extra Lean ground beef
    whole wheat bread
    salad
    335 calories ,28p,12f,25c

    Meal 5 (6:00pm) (post workout)

    2 scoops whey protein powder w/water
    cooked old fashionned oatmeal (.5 cups when dry)
    411 calories, 50p ,7f ,36c

    Meal 6 (8:00pm)
    5oz (when raw) chicken breast
    1 cup chopped broccolie
    2 tsp flaxseed oil
    284 calories , 37p , 12f, 8c


    Overall

    2180 calories, 219p, 49f,205c (30g fiber )

    Sorry, we must have missed it.

    If this is your last month then I would ditch the bread all together. No subway and no ww bread. Go for oats and sweet potatoes and brown rice instead.

    Also, you need more EFA's. Try adding Fish oil caps.

    Everytime I tell them they should bulk instead of cutting I get a PM saying thats not what they want.

    Well I`m gonna try to get to 12% bf , then start to bulk (thats why i said its my last month)

    ok so besides the bread everything is ok?, i`ll take your advice jodi and get the fish oil caps , or maybe substitute one of my meals with salmon

    Yes everything else looks good and definately get fish oil but keep the flax too

    A suggestion if you don't want to add the cost of a supplement (fish oil)...replace the beef meal with salmon and have tuna with another meal during the day. I think that would give you some extra healthy fats. Like Jodi said...if it's your last month of a cut...NO SUBWAY...maybe once a week...and lose the whole wheat bread and maybe have some brown rice, sweet potato, even an apple instead. Other things look fine.
    Searching for the right balance...
