Milk product for shakes?

Just wondering what milk product you guys use when u make ur shakes. I picked up some low carb fat free milk today thinking that might be the way to go.

I only use water for protein shakes...

whole milk if i have to replace a whole meal with a shake. Otherwise its just whey and water.

Water is the best way to go. If you use milk it can slow down the digestion of the whey protein.

i usually use milk but i excrete extremelly harmful gas out of my anus when i do so ima switch to water soon

I usually use water and fruit with some oil.

Milk is fine as well....I wish more people would releaze that whey is absorbed too quickly...milk actually helps this....as mentionned above...avoid it PWO though....although in my HONEST opinion I think it's fine PQO as well.
