I think the range is about 3-5 grams/day for adults. so I'm sure athletes can get away with slightly more...
I've been averaging about 2.5 grams/ED, but I'm cutting...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I try to avoid sodium as much as humanly possible. I'd say my sodium intake is pretty damn low, but it's naturally occurring in veggies, meat, and protein powder anyway.
