I just bought some Dandelion Root from the Vitamin Shoppe last night. 2 caps have 1040mg. I took 2 last night before bed and noticed a little less water retention this am but not as much as I was hoping for. My questions are:
1 - How much should someone take who is just looking for some quick water retention relief? I am 5'8" 139 if it matters.
2 - How much should someone take who is competing? I did a search and GoPro says to use D-root with B6 and Vit C. How much?
I would like to experiment with this a few times before my next show and see what combo works best for my body.
