    Question Did you count calories?

Did anyone count the amount of calories they ate on Thanksgiving day?

The "experts" said that the average person would eat 2500 calories in their Thanksgiving dinner alone!!!

NO way.. I never count them on Thanksgiving.. The shock alone would kill me.. I was watching the news and they did a report on the calories consumed on Thanksgiving and they said that it was not that uncommon for the average person to consume 8000 calories in the whole day... Can you believe that??? With all the snacking before dinner, then dinner, seconds, for some people thirds, and then desert.. Then the snacking during the games, then the late night dinner, then snacking some more.. I guess I could see the calories adding up, but I would have never thought that many....

I need to add a couple of pounds anyway, lost too much weight. so the 10,000,000 calories or so that I consumed won't really hurt. besides unlike most of you I trained yesterday.

I would never count calories on a holiday dinner or any other special event... not worth it. However since I really didn't do Thanksgiving yesterday I can say I counted some what.. I know I consumed approx 3000 cals... and then add 1 Bass ale, 2 coffee with Bailey's Irish cream and then just to say I was in the spirit 3 slices of Pumkin Pie with whip cream....

Hey, hey, HEY! MBC and I worked out Thanksgiving morning!! Back and biceps.

I ate so much damn food yesterday. I had TWO meals....noon at mom's house, 6:00 PM at the wife's family's. My stomach hurt after dinner....too much food.

I did not count calories. I think I DID count 200 or so grams of protein.
