Golden Grain low-carb pasta?

I was browsing through some random aisles at a Safeway today, and noticed this low-carb pasta by a brand called Golden Grain Mission. The nutritional stats on it are phenomenal. Per serving, the fiber and protein are comparable to beans, although it has slightly more total carbs. Main ingredient (I guess) is enriched semolina, and at the end they mention wheat protein isolate.

Anyone know how good this stuff is? Taste and diet-wise.

low cab golden grain pasta

I have tried the golden grain pastas and they are very good. I am having a little trouble finding them in the grocery stores in my area. Was trying to see if I could order them from the manufacturer when I saw your posting. I make lots of dishes with them. The latest was the rigatoni with diced ham, brocolli, alfredo sauce and melted cheddar on top. Very low carb meal and delicious.
