    Snacks?

    What does everyone here prefer to eat for snacks? I've been trying to get healthier ideas for myself.

    depends what youre trying to do kind of. My favorites are beef jerky, yogurt, cans of tuna, and protein bars. Im tryin to bulk up right now so I usually try and find small things that have a decent amount of protein.

    I eat yogurt, carrots, celery w/light peanut butter, rice cakes. That's about it!

    Eh I don't really eat snacks. I eat full meals. If I'm incredibly hungry, I might push my meals forward by half an hour.

    My feeling exactly. When you eat six times a day, who has time for snacks? It's all snacks.

    Some of just cant stop eating, thats where the df jello comes in. Its nothing!

    Yea my appetite always seems to be a few steps above my hunger. I usually resort to raw celery or other vegetables such as dill pickles which is becoming pretty bland for me. Just wanted to see what everyone else was resorting to
