hey im about 5'8" and was between 135-140 lbs last time i weighed myself, and my metabolism is extremely fast. i also started hitting up the gym a few weeks ago, does anyone have any suggestions on how to gain some bulk fast? i need some info on how many times i should eat per day, and what types of food i should be eating. also, could anyone tell me what type of lifting will get me more mass too? thanks alot =)

bulking=eat often, eat a lot, make it clean food so you won't be hatin' yourself in a few months

i dont agree with that... if you want to gain weight eat a lot of fast food etc. I know how you feel, i was 144 @ 5'8" a couple months ago and now im 160 (thanks to gear tho).
Also get some mass gainer that has whey in it too.

I eat plenty of beef but not things like mayonaise. Not only is fast food expensive for what you get, but how do you not feel discusted with yourself after awhile? I suppose its your age, I feel downright crappy after awhile. I ate it for about 2 days during moving and it made me pretty sick.
