I understand the whole p+c p+f....thing....right now I am into my fourth month of cutting and I am 17% and weigh 168. down from 190 25%.
My problem is I don't want to keep losing weight. I want to stay same weight but lower fat%. I read about people doing it all the time...but it has been a pain in the a...for me.
My bmr regesters out to be around 1700... but I don't know if I should add daily kcals to compensate for activity because some diet advocates say not too.
Please , help with daily kcal and any extra ..

4. protein, safflower oil. or tuna and flax
5. 93% red beef.veg
6. tuna and flax or tuna and flax, green veg.
workout days. pwo dextrose, and chicken(eggs,sweetpotatoes)
meat is usually between 4-6oz. and I also use free form aminos.

252 g of protein per day
168 g of carbs (training days)...126 g off days
42 g of fat training days...60 g off days
Try this and see where you are after 2 weeks.

I will add oatmeal, and sweet potatoes in a couple more meals. aiming for 40 grams everyother meal to ensure insulin levels only raise a couple times a day.
