I would change things around a bit:
MON : HighCHEST & SHOULDERS
TUES: Low/ BACK
WED: NO/ REST
THUR: HI/ LEGS
FRI : LO/ REST
SAT : Low/ ARMS
SUN : NO/ REST
MON : HI/CHEST & SHOULDERS
TUES: LO/ BACK
WED: NO/ REST
THUR: HI/ LEGS
FRI : LO/ REST
SAT : NO/ ARMS
SUN : LO/ REST
Is this how it should be set up based on my work out routine? I was unsure about what the Sunday should be. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I LOVE no carb days. I don't like the feeling of all thaty damn rice and oats in my gut. Plus I am lazy so when I dont have to cook rice I am a happy camper. All in All I prefere no carb days over any of the 3.

I use to get grumpy with my no carb days but after a few weeks I was fine. Now its all the same for me. A day is a day as long as I wake up for the next one I consider it a great day.
