there is roughly 20 grams of protein per 3 oz of cooked chicken...
I'd like to get a general idea, just so i know how much protein i eat everyday.
problem is i dont buy boneless chix (too expensive), so i buy chix thighs, rip the skin off, and throw them in boiling in water.
anyways, i eat usually 5 thighs with my p.w.o. meal.
anyone know about how much protein that is??

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
chicken thighs, skin removed, raw:
1oz:
33.8 calories
0.9g fat
5.6g protein
0g carbs

3 oz. white chicken breast, cooked, no fat, no skin, no bone is 25G I believe. That's how I've always counted it anyway.
