I really need help! I have been on several different eating plans and I cant seem to like any of them. I try to take in at least 3 servings of whey protein a day along with 2 protein bars. I need to have someone plan me out a eating plan, I dont wanna trim to much however I do wanna lose the gut but still take in enought protein to bulk. I am 6'2 240 and would like to be a solid 260 for football season. Can you help??!?! Thanks!

do you go to the gym and ask the personal trainers to train you for free to?
no one here typically plans out diets for people, create a diet and post it, you will get responses and help from there.
