I have just lost almost 30 pounds workin out and watching my diet like a hawk. I am 5'3 and now weigh around 155. I would like to do a show....but I need a great diet and a solid work out. I am new single mom who works 3rd shift and get around 5 hours of sleep. I usually eat a high protein and low carb diet....and I am looking and feeling great. But now i want to get serious. Can anyone help me kick butt????


why don't you post the exact diet you used to lose 30 pounds, that would be a start for us to help you.
