I would think 10 caps per day is sufficient for you. Although, that does depend on your other EFA's. Are you taking any other EFA's?

I personally take an average of 9 a day. It'll vary with the individual though and the amount of other EFA's consumed in a day.

i only take the suggested amount which is 3.
i thought this would be enough. these are pretty much the only EFA's i have in my diet.
it doesn't sound like i am taking enough....
10 sounds like a lot though.....

i also take them all at once in the morning.

Yeah - 3 is definately not even close to enough EFA's.

    No - EFA's are essential fatty acids, omega 3's, 6's & 9's

Eggs are not going to meet the requirements.

It depends on your somatype, weight, goals and what other EFA's you are having. 10 per day is for Cate. You would probably be different.
