For these types of products, is the protein actually of good enough quality to be included in protein count?
i.e. I know it should obviously be counted calorifically, but if I'm trying to say, get 43g of good quality, highly available and useful protein in a meal, should I be including that from bread and oats and pasta etc ?

You could do something like count half of all incomplete protein sources.

It's way too much of a pain in the ass counting incomplete proteins. I don't do it, I mean, you have to complete them somehow with complementary proteins, so it's a lot of guesswork.

Well, put it this way, I generally aim to have 35 - 55 g of complete protein in every meal. So I ignore incomplete proteins when it comes to that, but I will include the calories from those incomplete proteins. This seems to me the most sensible way to go about it,
