what can i eat to keep me full

what are some examples of things that will keep me more full for a few hours... especially towards the evening.. i always get so hungry around 2 hours before i go to bed...

Not for anyone with a weak stomach, but psyllium mucilloid has proven highly effective for me. Take in combination with 3 mg melatonin about 1/2 hour b/f bed and I can control cravings fairly well.

have a protein source with a couple cups of fibrous vegies like brocolli or brussels sprouts....add in a Tbsp of PB or a couple nuts and you should be fine. I wouldn't suggest a tonne of water right before bed...if you want to sleep.
